Registration is still open for the extraordinary dance workshop CRASH, BANG, WHALLOP led by the Treays brothers, who in recent years have held the position of Head of Movement (Dance and Movement Directors) at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and at the Drama Studio in London. Two internationally renowned professionals capable of offering participants a new and unique experience.

CRASH, BANG, WHALLOP is aimed not only at experienced dancers, but at everyone. The aim of the workshop, directed by firenza guidi, is to bring dance into everyone’s lives, not as an artistic discipline for its own sake, but as an indispensable element in theatre and in life, to master one’s own body and reveal its potential, inhabiting it in the fullest and most conscious way possible.

‘Dance is the best way to express yourself through your body,’ says Jeam Treays. “In dance, our body is the colour and space is the blank canvas. Dancing is a personal, sensual, emotional, interactive and philosophical act. We can all dance. Sometimes we dance together, sometimes alone. In any case, you are never too old to dance. My teaching method is based on the various styles that have influenced me throughout my career. I use improvisation, group work, the Laban method, yoga and collective relaxation techniques. I hope to take the participants on a new journey that will take us all to a place we have never seen before.”

Believing that it is important to give everyone the opportunity to receive quality training at an affordable cost, Elan Frantoio offers this exceptional workshop for only £4 per hour.
